30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. All jewellery, including personalised pieces, can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned pieces must be unused and include their original packaging. Email support@arianejewelry.com with your order number and the pieces you wish to return; we will provide instructions and the correct return address.

Personalised and made-to-order pieces are included in our 30-day returns policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay the return postage. Where we supplied a faulty or incorrect item, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and return costs.

Refunds

After receiving and checking an approved return, we aim to process the refund within seven business days. Refunds go to the original payment method; your bank may require additional processing time.

Changes and cancellation

Please check names, initials, birthstones and sizes before ordering. Contact us immediately to request a change. Made-to-order pieces enter preparation quickly; personalised changes or cancellation requests should reach us within one hour, and other preparation changes within six hours, while fulfilment has not begun.

Your UK consumer rights

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days of delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, including any applicable standard outbound delivery charge. No restocking fee is deducted from a statutory cancellation refund. A deduction may apply where handling has reduced the value beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

These preparation windows and our voluntary return conditions do not remove statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty goods.

2-Year Quality Guarantee

Our jewellery is covered for two years from purchase. A piece that breaks, tarnishes or fades during normal use will be replaced without charge, including delivery.

To make a claim, email support@arianejewelry.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a clear photo.

The guarantee covers manufacturing and finish problems under normal use. It excludes loss, misuse, unsuitable storage and ordinary wear such as small surface scratches.

This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights and does not restrict them.
