When will my order arrive?

We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. Production and preparation of all jewellery, including personalised pieces, takes 1–2 days. Once your jewellery is ready, we carefully package it and hand it to the carrier. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns and guarantee

We offer 30-day returns on all jewellery, including personalised pieces and a 2-year quality guarantee. To arrange a return, email support@arianejewelry.com and include your order number. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
